The problem worth solving.

Capture feedback at purchase, but open text doesn’t scale cleanly. Duplicates, noise, and gaming had to be filtered without breaking a sub-60-second mobile flow on 4G.

Rankings had to be defensible: ordered sets, credible intervals, anti-gaming, not vanity scores brands couldn’t trust in a roadmap review.

Enterprise buyers don’t live in BI tools. They needed a Brand Analytics AI Agent: ask a question, get copy, charts, and core insights composed from their data, tenant-safe, at day-one volume.

How we built it.

Service boundaries on EKS + Kafka. Locked tenant isolation and which store owns what (OLTP, OLAP, vectors) before build.

Branded Next.js surveys on CloudFront. Instant discount issuance with fraud scoring on a separate event stream.

03Phase

Intelligence

AI dedup → cluster → label on Qdrant. Plackett-Luce ranking with Thompson Sampling and live score updates in Redis.

04Phase

Brand Analytics AI Agent

Agentic layer on ClickHouse: natural-language questions → scoped queries → narrative, KPIs, and charts generated for that ask, plus pinned core insights.

05Phase

Portal

React brand workspace with campaign builder, live metrics, demographic slicers, and the embedded AI Agent. Admin queue for cluster review.
