Start small: the $5,000 Blueprint
We write these with you. We draft the script and the thresholds, then walk you through every pass and fail in plain English, with 5-10 real example inputs and outputs so you can see what “good” looks like before you sign a line. If you don't proceed, you keep the full spec — yours to take to any developer (it's licensed to build with us; a spec-buyout applies only if you take it elsewhere to execute within 12 months without us). If you proceed, the $5,000 comes 100% off your build.

What you get in 9-10 weeks
- One primary user journey, working end-to-end in production — the spine your product lives or dies on.
- Auth and one core data model. Payments. One integration of your choice.
- 1-2 AI capabilities, each measured to a number on a fixed eval set — not “feels smart.” One capability is the tight build near the bottom of the band; two plus a heavier integration sits near the top. Your Blueprint fixes which — and your price — before you pay.
- A clickable build on your own staging URL every two weeks, each with a recorded walkthrough so you always know what it proves.
- Deployment to your cloud, your repo, your domain. You own the code and accounts from day one.
- A clean handover (runbook, env list, recorded walkthrough), built up milestone by milestone, so any developer could continue.
A note on speed. 9-10 weeks is real because the scope is deliberately narrow: one journey, 1-2 evaluable AI capabilities, on a stack we reuse across every build. It is not a number we wish on a calendar.
You define “done” with us up front, in your own words, before any build money moves. We draft the scripted checklist and you understand and sign every line. Each milestone gets paid only after it passes that signed checklist on your own staging URL. If a milestone misses for a reason on us, we keep working free for up to one more two-week cycle to make it pass. If it still can't pass, you don't pay for that milestone, you keep every milestone you've already accepted running on your own cloud, and we hand you the full working spec and a clean handover. We're on the hook for the date, too: if we're late for a reason within our control, you're credited 10% of that milestone's fee for every week we run over, up to 15% of the build, applied forward to your next invoice — never as a cash refund. The most you can ever have at risk is one milestone, never the whole project.
You define done. You only pay for done.
What “only pay for done” actually costs you
Each milestone is half at kickoff, half on your acceptance. So at any moment the most you have in for work you haven't yet accepted is the back half of one milestone — about $6,000-$7,000 on a typical build, with that code already deployed on your own cloud. Never the whole project. The anti-goalpost protection isn't that you authored a technical document. It's that every pass/fail is binary, numeric where it's AI, demoable on your own staging URL, frozen before any build money moves, demoed against every two weeks, and tie-broken by a named neutral third engineer if we ever disagree.
Proof you can actually check
We won't wave vanity stats at you. We'll hand you something better: a founder we shipped for, who will pick up the phone. At the order-form stage we'll set up a scheduled call with Adeel Qureshi of Pakwakeels — pre-arranged — and you ask him the question you actually care about: did they go quiet when it got hard? One real, reachable reference beats fifty logos you can't verify. For the kind of work we do: the Pakwakeels classifier we built was fine-tuned on 4,200 real transcripts. That's the caliber of team you're hiring — not a description of this 9-10 week MVP (deep fine-tuning like that is Phase 2, scoped separately). And you'll know your own engineers by name before you sign, not get handed to a pool after the deposit clears.
“But I could just build it in Lovable or v0 this weekend”
You could, and you probably should. A no-code prototype is the best $0 way to prove your idea, and the clearest spec to bring to your Blueprint. What we ship is what that prototype can't become: real custom code you own on your own cloud, AI measured to a number instead of a vibe, that survives real users and the technical diligence of your next round. The prototype proves the idea. We build the product the idea deserves — and you keep the spec for $5,000 either way.
Your investment
You agree a not-to-exceed price in writing before you pay anything — you know your ceiling before the Blueprint, not after. These ranges are indicative; your Blueprint locks the exact number, never above the ceiling you already agreed. That's deliberately above the commodity tier (~$20,000–$25,000 of templated wrappers that hand founders a problem) and below US and EU product studios at this scope. You pay milestone by milestone, only for accepted work, with the code on your cloud the whole way.
Why start now
We deliberately take only 1-2 builds at a time, so the founder stays on every call and your code is never one of twenty. When both build slots are full, new Blueprints queue for the next start date. And every week you wait is a week of runway you don't get back — if you're burning even $40,000–$60,000 a month, a lost quarter dwarfs the price of the build.
